Studies show that a lot of our daily thoughts
are about sex. Without getting to technical it
has something to do with preservation of the species.
I figured as a personal trainer I should do my
part to preserve the species by telling you how
important exercise is to a healthy sex life
OK. You Studs and Studets put up your dukes.
For the Studs out there put up your duke. It’s
time to talk about your Sexual Fitness level.
Spring is around the corner and there’s no better
time to add a little stamina. If you catch yourself
sneaking a rest during the main event or you just
can’t hold those positions as long as you use
to it is probably time to hit the gym. Exercise
is defined as: something in addition to daily
activity. If you are fortunate enough to get some
everyday read no further but if you are like the
rest of us you want to be ready for action when
it is time to handle your business. A poor fitness
can cause you
Lets start with the STUDS
Hey man I am right there with you. Unless you’re
one of those jolly fat guys that doesn’t mind
parading around with their cloths on the floor
and their gut sticking out you want to look good
in the bedroom. I believe that most women like
a man with a nice butt not a big gut. Next time
you are at the gym you will probably catch a lot
of women looking at the guys with nice abdominal
muscles. Women know that a man with good abs takes
care of himself physically and he can bring in
the bedroom sexually. Sex is one of the best abdominal
workouts a guy can get. Your Sexual Fitness level
will determine how good of a workout you get.
Smoking, drinking, a lack of exercising and rest
can cause men to have a poor Sexual Fitness Levels.
These self-inflicted sexual set backs have a negative
effect on your stamina and women don’t want to
climb into bed with an ashtray smellin, liquor
breathin slug of a man anyway.
A guy told me that his girlfriend requires that
he smell fresh before having sex but by the time
he gets home takes a shower and brushes his teeth
he is not in the mood anymore. If he wants to
avoid those deflating pre sex comments from his
partner he should stop at the gym, workout, clean
himself up and go home and handle his business.
It’s simple from a fitness lifestyle point of
view.
Working out is the key to a high Sexual Fitness
Level and a big part of being a stud.
Exercise will increases libido and stabilizes
testosterone levels in males as the age. Regular
exercise will increase your muscles endurance,
stamina and improve your physical appearance.
A high Sexual Fitness Level will prevent low self-esteem
in the bedroom and make you a good lover. It’s
good to be a STUD.
Now the STUDETTES
I know what you are thinking. He’s not a woman
how does he know how we operate? You are right.
Almost. I am not a woman but when it comes to
exercise and your Sexual Fitness level I have
some opinions from a male point of view. At risk
of losing my membership card to the Stud Club
I’m going to share a few club secrets with you.
Limp, dead lady syndrome, one-dimensional even
cold fish are some of the ways to describe women
with a low Sexual Fitness Level. Exercise can
help women battle some of this stereotyping by
increasing their energy and decreasing their stress
level. Sex and exercise are 2 of the best way
to lower stress levels. If your Sexual Fitness
Level is high you can enjoy both and have a low
stress and healthy lifestyle.
A woman once told me that her husband’s ideal
girl looks more like one of the dancers that performs
at the basketball games and less like her. I told
her that when a man sees women that obviously
exercises and display a high energy level his
immediate thoughts are that all that energy probably
transfers to the bedroom. It is true in some cases
because exercise increases women’s muscle endurance,
cardiovascular fitness and confidence in the bedroom
due to a better appearance but most of the time
it is just a good old fashion fantasy.
Women that exercise regularly develop a new level
of fitness, more awareness of how her body works
and stimulation their sexual hormones. Muscles
in the pelvic area are very important and often
ignored. Be careful not to over do it because
fatigue will have an adverse effect on your Sexual
Fitness Level. The firming, toning and self-confidence
that women get from working out can give them
the Sexual Fitness Level to be the fantasy of
many men and reach new sexual heights…
So you Stud and Studets hit the exercise regularly,
get proper rest, eat right and go home and handle
you business.
